DIRECTIONS FOR SUGGESTED USE:
Take four (4) capsules a day, for 7 days; two (2) in the morning and two (2) in the evening.
Capsules should be taken with a 8 oz. glass of water to help stimulate the cleansing process, or as directed by your medical and/or healthcare professional.
Once you have achieved the desired result, you can continue taking two (2) capsules a day for regular maintenance.
